All apartments face the ocean and have a private balcony where you can start the day watching the sun rise over the water, or toast the evening with a drink. Guests can access the Internet for a modest fee. Though beach parking is at a premium, guests are given a parking space for their unit. The Colony is under current renovation that includes new furniture, appliances, flooring, and flat screen television.
